JobsJudo Transparency & Job Listing Policy
About JobsJudo
JobsJudo is a website and service operated by MartechTeams LLC (“MartechTeams,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). JobsJudo is a job discovery and analysis platform that indexes, organizes, classifies, enriches, and analyzes publicly available job postings from company career pages and applicant tracking systems.
We do not create job listings. We organize and analyze hiring information that is already publicly available on the web.
Source Attribution & Applications
JobsJudo links job listings and exported job metadata back to the original employer or ATS posting when a source URL is available. User-facing listings and exports include source links so users can review the original posting.
JobsJudo is not the system of record for any job listing. Applications are completed on the employer’s website or ATS, not on JobsJudo.
JobsJudo does not represent employers, recruit on their behalf, or guarantee that a job is still open, unchanged, or available.
Accuracy Disclaimer
While we make reasonable efforts to keep job data current and useful, JobsJudo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing or related metadata, including:
- title, salary, location, work arrangement, or seniority
- visa sponsorship, responsibilities, or hiring timelines
- employer responsiveness or job availability
Job postings may change or be removed at any time by the employer or source platform. Users should review the original posting before applying or making decisions based on JobsJudo data.
Exports and AI-Ready Job Packs
JobsJudo may allow users to export filtered sets of enriched job metadata and source links for personal job-search analysis. Exports are intended to help users analyze opportunities, compare markets, and decide where to apply.
Exports are not intended for resale, redistribution, republication, or use as a competing job listing database or feed.
JobsJudo exports do not include full third-party job descriptions. Full job details should be reviewed on the original employer or ATS posting.
Employer Opt-Out & Takedown Requests
We respect employer preferences and rights. If you are an employer or authorized representative and would like to:
- request removal of a listing
- exclude your company from indexing
- report an inaccuracy

Crawling & Access Controls
JobsJudo is designed to index publicly available job posting information. We do not attempt to bypass authentication walls or access private systems.
Summary
JobsJudo is an index and intelligence layer, not a job host, employer, recruiter, or system of record. We link to original sources, add analytical context, and respect opt-out requests.
JobsJudo Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of JobsJudo, a service operated by MartechTeams LLC. By accessing or using JobsJudo, you agree to these terms.
1. Credits
- JobsJudo operates on a credit-based system.
- Credits are not refundable and have no cash value.
- Credits are non-transferable.
- Credits are used to access analysis features, evaluations, and AI-generated content.
2. AI-Generated Content & Data Retention
JobsJudo may generate content such as:
- resumes
- cover letters
- job evaluations
- match analyses
Personal Data & Security
- Uploaded resumes and generated documents are stored in secure, encrypted cloud storage.
- Access is strictly limited to the user and necessary JobsJudo systems.
- Users may delete their account at any time from their profile, which permanently removes resumes and personal data.
- MartechTeams LLC does not sell user data and employs strict technical safeguards to protect stored information.
3. ATS Scoring & Evaluation Disclaimer
JobsJudo provides resume evaluations and job matching using a reverse-engineered, approximate ATS-style scoring methodology.
Important clarifications:
- JobsJudo does not use proprietary ATS algorithms.
- Scores are directional and comparative, not definitive.
- Results are intended to provide guidance and insight, not to replicate any specific employer’s screening process.
- JobsJudo makes no guarantee that any score reflects how an employer or ATS will evaluate a candidate.
4. No Guarantee of Interviews or Employment
JobsJudo does not guarantee:
- interviews
- responses from employers
- job offers
- employment outcomes
Hiring decisions are made solely by employers. JobsJudo is not a recruiting agency or employment service.
5. Use at Your Own Discretion
JobsJudo provides tools, data, and insights to assist users in their job search. All actions taken based on this information are the responsibility of the user.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not use JobsJudo exports or data to:
- resell, redistribute, or republish JobsJudo data as a standalone database or feed
- misrepresent JobsJudo data as official employer data
- imply affiliation with employers, ATS platforms, or JobsJudo without authorization
- use automated means to abuse, scrape, or circumvent JobsJudo access controls
- use JobsJudo for unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading purposes
6. Email Communications & Marketing
By creating a JobsJudo account, you agree that we may send you:
- transactional emails (e.g., password resets, purchase confirmations)
- service updates and notifications
- promotional and marketing emails (e.g., job matches, newsletters)
You can opt out of receiving promotional or marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" link found at the bottom of those emails, or by updating your preferences in your account settings. Note that you cannot opt out of essential transactional emails related to your account security or billing.
7. Modifications to These Terms
- MartechTeams LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
- Continued use of JobsJudo constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
