JobsJudo is a website and service operated by MartechTeams LLC (“MartechTeams,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). JobsJudo is a job discovery and analysis platform that aggregates and analyzes publicly available job postings from company career pages and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and similar platforms.

We do not create job listings. We index, organize, and analyze hiring intent that already exists on the public web.

Source Attribution & Applications

• All job listings displayed on JobsJudo link directly to the original job posting on the employer’s website or ATS.
• JobsJudo is not the system of record for any job listing.
• Applications are completed on the employer’s site, not on JobsJudo.
• JobsJudo does not represent employers, recruit on their behalf, or guarantee that a job is still open or unchanged.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings current, JobsJudo does not guarantee:

• job availability
• job details (including title, salary, location, or responsibilities)
• hiring timelines
• employer responsiveness

Job postings may change or be removed at any time by the employer.

Employer Opt-Out & Takedown Requests

We respect employer preferences and rights. If you are an employer and would like to:

• request removal of a job listing
• exclude your company from indexing
• report an inaccuracy

These Terms of Service govern your use of JobsJudo, a service operated by MartechTeams LLC. By accessing or using JobsJudo, you agree to these terms.

1. Credits & Expiration

• JobsJudo operates on a credit-based system.
• Purchased credits expire six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• Expired credits are not refundable and have no cash value.
• Credits are non-transferable.
• Credits are used to access analysis features, evaluations, and AI-generated content.

2. AI-Generated Content & Data Retention

JobsJudo may generate content such as:

• resumes
• cover letters
• job evaluations
• match analyses

Personal Data & Security

• Uploaded resumes and generated documents are stored in secure, encrypted cloud storage.
• Access is strictly limited to the user and necessary JobsJudo systems.
• Users may delete their account at any time from their profile, which permanently removes resumes and personal data.
• MartechTeams LLC does not sell user data and employs strict technical safeguards to protect stored information.

3. ATS Scoring & Evaluation Disclaimer

JobsJudo provides resume evaluations and job matching using a reverse-engineered, approximate ATS-style scoring methodology.

Important clarifications:

• JobsJudo does not use proprietary ATS algorithms.
• Scores are directional and comparative, not definitive.
• Results are intended to provide guidance and insight, not to replicate any specific employer’s screening process.
• JobsJudo makes no guarantee that any score reflects how an employer or ATS will evaluate a candidate.

4. No Guarantee of Interviews or Employment

JobsJudo does not guarantee:

• interviews
• responses from employers
• job offers
• employment outcomes

Hiring decisions are made solely by employers. JobsJudo is not a recruiting agency or employment service.

5. Use at Your Own Discretion

JobsJudo provides tools, data, and insights to assist users in their job search. All actions taken based on this information are the responsibility of the user.

6. Modifications to These Terms

• MartechTeams LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
• Continued use of JobsJudo constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
