1. Marketing Website Data Collection

JobsJudo does not collect personalized or behavioral marketing data on our public marketing website. We do not build advertising profiles, retarget users, or sell personal data.

Any basic analytics we use (such as page views or aggregate traffic counts) are non-personal, non-identifying, and used strictly to understand overall site usage. Logged-in product usage data is governed separately and used solely to deliver the JobsJudo service.

2. Resume & Job Application Data Security

Your resumes and uploaded documents are stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage. All data is encrypted at rest and encrypted in transit (TLS).

Access to your documents is strictly limited to:

• You (the authenticated user)
• JobsJudo systems strictly required to deliver product functionality (such as resume analysis, scoring, and optimization)

Resumes are never shared, never sold, and never used for third-party advertising. Your data is processed exclusively to provide JobsJudo features like evaluation, optimization, and job matching.

Google Sign-In Data

If you choose to sign in to JobsJudo using Google, JobsJudo accesses only basic Google account identity data required to authenticate you and create or link your JobsJudo account. This may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile image, and email verification status.

We use this Google user data only to authenticate you, create or link your JobsJudo account, maintain your signed-in session, support account security and fraud prevention, and display basic profile information within JobsJudo.

JobsJudo does not access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar data, Google Contacts, or any other Google user data beyond the identity information required for sign-in.

JobsJudo does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising, data brokerage, profiling, or AI/ML model training.

Google identity data may be stored as part of your JobsJudo account record for as long as your account remains active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you delete your account, associated account data is deleted or anonymized except where retention is legally required.

JobsJudo does not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except to service providers and infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate, secure, or support the service, or where required by law.

We use reasonable security measures to protect Google user data, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, and access controls designed to limit access to authorized personnel and systems only.

JobsJudo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

JobsJudo only uses Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features for authentication and account access.

3. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You can delete your account at any time directly from your profile settings.

Account deletion results in:

• Permanent deletion of your resumes, uploaded documents, and associated personal data
• Immediate removal of your account credentials and identifiers

Some limited records (such as billing receipts or compliance logs) may be retained only where legally required, and these are kept isolated from product systems.
